‘Jahnavi Harrison is a being of total devotion. Listen to her sing and let the doors of your heart fly open.’ – Jai Uttal
Sneha Hothi (whose dharma name is Syama) got her 200 Hr RYT from The Bhakti Center in New York City. She is also registered with the International Yoga Alliance and is currently working as a part time yoga and mindfulness teacher at Krishna Avanti Primary School in North West London teaching children and teachers. She has also taught yoga and mindfulness at UKAR and Computershare to enhance the staff’s well being during a period of change. For the community, she currently teaches a women’s restorative class in Stanmore and a hatha flow yoga class in Camden on a weekly basis.
Her yoga classes are rejuvenating, calming, replenishing and invigorating for both children and adults. Her yoga and mindfulness classes are infused with an holistic spirit to leave one feeling more connected to themselves, each other and something deeper, perhaps more profound. She looks forward to meeting all on this journey and sharing her practice! Be ready to have some fun J
