We welcome, support and nourish all special children on their unique journey to embrace their potential through our respected therapeutic Special Yoga practice.
You are special. Regardless of your abilities, appearance, culture, gender, race or the assumptions society has placed on you. The activities Special Yoga Foundation do are centered around this belief.
Special Yoga Foundation’s (SYF) methodology includes the classical yoga practices of movement, breathing, deep relaxation combined with sound, rhythm, massage and sensory integration techniques.
We meet every child, individually, with their family and in group sessions, with a pure intention to create a practice that encourages them to their fullest potential. Celebrating the strength within each child and working from there.
Taking the child out of stress and into a relaxed state creates the optimum condition and possibility for positive change.
As part of our mission to reach all special children around the world, we are committed to build a global network of SYF practitioners continuously supported through our accredited training courses.
