Our one-to-one and group sessions provide an opportunity for you and your child to practice Special Yoga, in a supportive and nurturing environment where the whole family is welcome.
During the one-to-one and group sessions your child will be encouraged to explore and celebrate their strengths and potential. We meet each child for who and as they are, tailoring each session to their individual needs at that time.
Our Special Yoga trained practitioners use a variety of yogic practices including breath work, sound and vibrational work, deep pressure massage, movement and relaxation techniques to bring a sense of balance and calm to the body.
