Special Yoga aims to support children with Dyslexia and Dyspraxia in reducing anxiety, increasing coordination and balance, and encouraging confidence.
This course will strengthen your ability to uniquely guide children with dyslexia and dyspraxia using Special Yoga’s methodology. The course will explore how to guide a child through a one-to-one session as well as within a group setting.
Support children in building resilience and confidence as you equip them with the tools for a positive self-development.

This one-day intensive course will focus on providing you with an essential set of strategies to support children with dyslexia and dyspraxia in confronting daily challenges such as anxiety, coordination and balance.
Sound and breathing techniques will assist to encourage a greater level of focus on the practice and the ability to self-regulate emotions. Practicing asanas will support the child to become more balanced in both their body and emotions, as well as become more self-regulated. A sense of self-awareness and a recognition of children’s individual strengths will be emphasised.
